Welcome to BetsySansby.com (the “Website”), operated by Betsy Sansby, MS (“Betsy,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Informational and Educational Purposes Only
All text, articles, descriptions, examples, testimonials, downloadable materials, communication exercises, relationship tools, and other content on this Website are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Content is not individualized advice and should not be interpreted as a recommendation concerning your particular relationship, personal circumstances, health, safety, or legal rights. 2. No Therapy, Diagnosis, or Professional Relationship Through Website Use
Betsy offers relationship coaching services as described on the Website. Accessing the Website, reviewing its materials, downloading tools, sending an email, completing a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not create a therapist-patient relationship, coaching-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship. Any coaching engagement is subject to separate acceptance and arrangements directly with Betsy.
Website content is not a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, or other licensed professional services. Betsy's background and prior professional experience do not mean that visiting this Website constitutes receipt of licensed therapy in your jurisdiction or that coaching services are equivalent to psychotherapy.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
The Website, its contact form, and ordinary email communications are not monitored as emergency services and must not be used to seek urgent help. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your applicable emergency number. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support. If there is abuse, coercion, or a threat to safety, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or local support service; not every communication exercise is appropriate for every relationship.

Materials available through “My Tools,” including PDFs and the Express Yourself Cards, are general-purpose educational resources. Individual responses and results vary. No particular improvement, reconciliation, therapeutic result, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Discontinue an exercise that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
